Greetings!

We are David & Twyla and first of all, we want to personally thank you for stopping by our home here on the web.

We are a couple who enjoys the RV lifestyle, travel and photography. So, we have blended them all and it has come together as Seeking 70 Degrees. We are part-timers (3-6 months at a time).

We have been involved in RVing for over 30 years. It all started soon after we were married when we bought our first travel trailer, a 1972 Aljo 19’. After years of enjoyment, we thought it was time to upgrade to a new 1998 22’ Prowler travel trailer. Deciding we did not want to pull around a trailer and be a lot more agile we bought a new 2005 Eagle Cap 850 truck camper. While keeping the camper, we bought a 2011 Artic Fox 27.5’ fifth wheel. It was nice with lots of room but soon we decided it was just too much for us and it did not fit our style of RVing. We sold the 5th wheel and pulled the 2005 Eagle Cap truck camper out of storage. Our RVing style is what we call "base camp agile". 

We are photographers and love to see everything, so we need to be agile enough to run on the back roads as well as have most all the upgraded creature comforts of a premium home on wheels back at base camp.

We find a base camp to park the trailer and use our truck as the sightseeing rig.

In our spiritual lives, we are followers of Jesus Christ. We strive to live our lives in accordance With His teachings as we understand them from the Bible. We are not perfect but a work in progress, forgiven by grace through faith in Jesus.  Click here for our basic beliefs
